Orders & Shipping
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking reference number by email as soon as your order is on the way.
USA: Around 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Canada: Around 5-8 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the World: Timing varies by destination and carrier, typically around 5-15 business days.
Due to occasional global events, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside our control. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated and appreciate your patience in such cases.
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax) to the elegible destinations. Standards rates apply below that and for other regions.
We do. Shipping rates and timelines may differ depending on destination. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are set by your country.
Your order confirmation email includes a tracking reference number and link. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or reach out to us with your order number and we’ll resend it.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition, or damaged/defective products.
To begin a return, email us at contact@tayandcopets.com with your order number and reason for return. If the item is defective or damaged, please include clear photos. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a return label if eligible.
For approved returns within the United States and Canada, we provide a pre-paid label. Other international returns are accepted; shipping costs may apply.
Payments, Taxes & Safety
All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other secure options are available at checkout.
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws.

Products & Care
Yes. We source products made from safe, cat-friendly materials. Tay himself (our British Shorthair and the inspiration behind Tay&Co.) often helps us test new arrivals, and we only carry items we’d confidently use for him. We always recommend supervising playtime and replacing toys at the first sign of wear or damage to keep your cat safe.
Each product comes with its own care instructions, which you can also find on its product page under the FAQ section. When in doubt, gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild pet-safe soap, then let it air dry.
Account & support
No, guest checkout is available. Creating an account allows you to view your order history and save payment/shipping information for future purchases.
