At Tay&Co., our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are. We aim to deliver worldwide with reliable processing and clear communication at every step.


Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This means your order has been received and your payment has been pre-authorized. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, contact us at contact@tayandcopets.com.


Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days, please reach out to us at contact@tayandcopets.com for assistance.

Standard Shipping (Free on all orders*)

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • United States: 5–8 business days
    • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
    • Canada: 6–10 business days
    • Australia: 6–10 business days
    • Europe: 6–10 business days
    • Other countries: 8–12 business days

*We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. This policy may be updated in the future.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Tay&Co. cannot predict or cover these costs.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Tay&Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once a corrected address is provided.
  • Additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Carrier Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery times listed are estimates. Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are subject to the carrier. Tay&Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused at delivery, it will be returned to us. Once received, we will process a refund minus shipping fees and, if applicable, a restocking charge.

 

Non-Delivery After Carrier Attempts

Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times. If a package is marked as undeliverable after repeated attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, Tay&Co. will contact you to arrange reshipment. Any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
