At Tay&Co., we want you to feel confident shopping with us. While we cannot offer unlimited “no questions asked” returns at this stage, we are committed to making things right if a product is not as described, defective, or arrives damaged. We are also working hard to offer more flexibility with returns in the future as our business grows.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must fall into one of the following: defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted at this time.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition with all accessories included. Returns that arrive back showing use, damage from mishandling, or missing components may be declined or subject to a partial refund.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return, contact us at contact@tayandcopets.com. Returns must be pre-approved before sending. Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once approved, you must ship the item back within 10 days of approval. A return shipping label and instructions will be provided if the return qualifies.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Tay&Co. will cover the cost of the return label.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items). Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it has been approved or declined.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment only. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional posting time may apply.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@tayandcopets.com.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Certain products may be marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
In some cases where returned items are not in original condition but still usable, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund rather than a full refund. This will be communicated to you after inspection.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty or grooming products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift cards

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
